This year we've got lots of goodies in store for all your gift-giving needs! I've spent the past few months searching high and low for an extensive collection of giftware's, for everyone on your list! Grab one of gift guides, in store, for some gifting inspiration! Last year's popular Out of Print sweatshirts are back and there are some great new designs like "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Le Petit Prince". Also, another favourite from last year, the soaps and teas by Honey Pie Hives and Herbals have already been flying off the shelf! On top of those we've got some great new lines, including vintage-inspired Canadiana bags by Red Canoe, locally made body scrubs by Perk Naturals and some amazing new jewelry lines!
My personal favourite for this year is the vintage-inspired onesie pyjama- they're hand-dyed in the US, then we've sewn some vintage ski patches on them to give a real apres ski look! We'll be sharing some of our favourite items over the coming weeks, organized by theme. To begin, we've got "Cozy Cabin". Think nights by the fire with a mug of hot cocoa, snuggling up with your favourite book- or favourite cuddle partner ;)

Hi lovelies, just a note that we will be closed from August 25th-September 1st as I take a much-needed summer vacation! You may remember last year I went to Arizona and I'm excited to be going back. This will be my 6th visit to the state and it's really become like a second home to me.
The landscape is just so dramatically different than what we're used to, the stars are a hundred times brighter and the shopping...well that's my favourite part! I'll be picking up lots of stuff for the shop so keep an eye out over the coming weeks for some extra special vintage!
Last year my friend Rebecca posed in some of my favourite finds from the trip (which some of you were lucky enough to score upon my return)
I'll see you when I get back and can't wait to share my goodies with you all! Follow my trip on Instagram @girlonthewinghamilton
It's been a while since our last shopping event and we're beyond excited to debut some new vintage pieces just in time for Valentines! This friday we'll be hosting a shopping party from 6-9pm and will have the usual treats, tunes, and deals! We will also be unveiling our latest photoshoot we did for our Winter/Pre-Spring Lookbook.
It'll be a great night and a perfect way to kick off your valentines season. Bring your favourite girls and make it a Galentines to remember! We also have some cute valentines cards for your special someone and will be putting out some special guy's wear!
Well we're already 9 days into 2014 but let me officially wish you all a very HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2013 was a great year for the shop...I mean we opened! 2014 is going to be just as meaningful and we have lots of great stuff planned. Keep an eye and ear out for some exciting new product lines, new lookbooks, more events and an online shop!
2014 is the Year of the Horse, so I figured it was a great excuse to share some of my favourite vintage horse photos. I've always loved anything equestrian themed; from the lucky horseshoes hanging at my house to old riding competition ribbons, one of my favourite things to collect is anything horse-related. The year has started a bit slow for me (thanks flu!) and while I wanted to enter 2014 like Bianca Jagger entering her birthday party at Studio 54 on a white horse, it wasn't quite so glamorous. But the year is fresh and I'm so excited for all that is coming!
To me horses symbolize grace, tradition, strength, femininity, and sophistication. A life with horses seems like a quaint and dignified one, so I'm going to use them as an example for how I hope to model my new year, both personally and professionally.
Wishing you all a happy, successful year filled with good times with friends and family!
